Whenever I call Jay to help with a project he always shows up and stays until the job is finished. His positive enthusiasm is contagious. Jay is one of those unusual people that devotes his all for the improvement of our city. How wonderful to have him here. He is a joy to work with. I've had the privileged of meeting Mr. Bowen a few times at the Chat-n-Chew's and he seems to have and endless amount of energy and passion for the city. He is always involved in something it seems and he has an encyclopediac knowledge of the area as well. He's a great asset to the community. Right on Joshua!
