Every Thursday evening an ever growing number of creative and caring Huntington citizens gather to “chat” about ways to bring about improvement within the city. Lots of activity can be seen on a wide variety of projects. Projects range from developing a comprehensive recycling program to creating a new dog park or working on the Create WV Conference that will be hosted by our city in October. These weekly meetings were started as an initiative of the Create Huntington group last year.

Often busy schedules don’t allow for individuals to participate in the weekly Chat ‘n Chews however they are very interested and would like to get involved. As a result we have developed a website that will allow you to follow the activities of the Create Huntington Chat ‘n Chews and join the conversations. Ultimately we hope that you will also add your resources to the projects, whether that is in the form of your time, your generous donations or your creative ideas.

The weekly Chat ‘n Chews are held in the lobby of the Frederick building downtown from 5:30 – 7:30 pm with food and refreshments available from 21 at the Frederick.
