It is very exciting that the conference is coming to Huntington. It took a lot of work by a number of dedicated volunteers but it will pay off. Many of the projects will be mature by then. This is going to be a great opportunity for Huntington to shine. I think it will also help propel the work Create Huntington is doing to another level and may encourage more people to get engaged and make a difference. Look forward to seeing you in October. I am marking the dates on my calander. I wanted to attend the previous Create WV conferences when I read about them in the papers, but couldn't get the opportunity. I look forward to attending this year in Huntington. Community involvement is the way to create change in our communities and the entire state. West Virginia and Huntington suffer from poor self-esteem and poor "outsider perception" anyway, so this effort is needed. I think it's great that Huntington can host this event. I hope many of the Chat'n'Chew projects are shining examples that can be shown off to the attendees from around the state. Go Huntington! Wow, this is really exciting!
